How to Submit Maintenance Requests

How to submit maintenance requests through the online portal - for Guenther residents:

  1. Log into your tenant portal
  2. On the left-hand side, click on the Maintenance tab
  3. Click on Request Maintenance
  4. Fill out maintenance form, including several dates and times that our maintenance can stop by
  5. Click Submit


Information to keep in mind:

When submitting maintenance requests, the tenant schedules the appointment by providing dates and times. We use the scheduled dates and times to stop by and complete service requests. If the submitted dates and times, conflicts with another request, our maintenance team will get ahold of the tenant to reschedule. If the tenant like to be notified when maintenance will be arriving, it will need to be noted in the maintenance request.
